How can you think and hit at the same time?

Excerpts from my Writing -
*
An open mind always has room for more answers.
A closed mind has no room for questions.
*
Do not be fooled by the carrot of enlightenment.
When one truly discovers enlightenment,
one realizes there is nothing to it.
*
Perfection always leaves room for improvement.

When you breathe, I inhale.
Talking to Nightlights -
*All Healing comes from Within
The key to healing is willingness to believe it is possible
and readiness to accept it as yours.
Healing is in the mind. Each body is different. You may notice an increase in energy or you may experience unusual or unnatural (for you) events such as numbness or tingling, joint ache
or slight dizziness. This is the healing energy passing through your body and triggering stagnate chi (life essence).
Do not own any dis-ease. Allow your new cells to grow in complete health and joy and acceptance. You have jump-started your health renewal. And, after all, you are not the dis-ease.
Afterward, for a period of several days, drink plenty of water. Avoid sugar. Sugar slows cell renewal. Also cleanse your body. Exercise, sauna, massage. Muscle stimulation of all variety. Gentle movement is suggested.
Overuse creates more dis-ease.
This is helpful for the light body to immediately clear the newly released blocks and stagnate energy.
When injured - determine the message. Allow pain and release it. Work through it to create a stronger vessel. Meds are helpful but the quick fix does not address core issues.
You can undo pain and free yourself from that cycle if you address the problem rather than masking the symptom.
Yes, it sometimes takes longer and it requires effort. But not as much as you would think. You stop programming injury and allow the body to remember health. It will.
Bless the healing and know it is yours.
