Developing trust in the greater good is part of that.
A path may only appear "easier" on the surface.

Trust your ability to navigate any hurdle or obstacle.
Trust your faith to sustain you.
Trust your smile to enlighten you.

Quiet mind and body. The rest is up to you and how good you are at listening
without trying to create an imaginary conversation.
They bless you with insight and continue on their path.
Relationships with animals are an extension of our relating,
Through the grace of a pet one can be lifted to higher ground.

There is no life without soul.

Enigmas and All that Jazz
I do not pretend to comprehend all of the scientific material. However, I do appreciate it as a frame of reference and an incentive to continue filling in the blanks.
Science is the bridge to metaphysics.
One of my favorite cartoons shows a scientist at the chalkboard doing math for two equations.
He marries them with the simple statement..."then a miracle occured."
The advisor looking over his shoulder points to the phrase and says....
"I think you need to be more specific there..."
Science
Scientists explore worlds that challenge the imagination and provide excellent material in terms of concrete fodder. And the more we learn about all that is,
the more access we have to answers that may define the misty world of metaphysics.

At the time of death, we are not reduced. What is the essence of us
actually expands at the subparticle level. We become larger
and can no longer fit in the tight box.
It offers an explanation for spontaneous combustion
- when something goes haywire in the process of departure.
At the time we expire, those bits and pieces of spark return to the whole
and once again, we are more. Some of those pieces are retained as "us"...
Others go on as other. One day they will rejoin in some form
but they split at that moment to become other.
What is death here, is much like a multiple birth from that vantage point.
We continue in a lighter form.
That is the process of evolution we are part of.

I did had a wonderful encounter with Erica Jong
-- when she was promoting her book Fear of Fifty: A Memoir.
She is a delight and has no fear of raising eyebrows or anything else for that matter.
Her 20 rules for writers are great for life too!
When manifesting prosperity - this comes in handy.
(My copy is dogeared and yellow...and very well-used.)

Otherwise, 1 - 9 won't matter.
**And remember when offering assistance to others: Some thrive on pain.
Take it away and they recreate it. Offer genuine assistance and walk on.
You are a jump-start...not a crutch.
